Luku Mondays Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Luku Mondays competition is an ongoing weekly social media competition that takes place every Monday, unless otherwise communicated by Luku Sweet Puffs.
A new competition post may be published every Monday on the official Luku Sweet Puffs social media page.
Each weekly competition will only apply to the official Luku Mondays competition post published for that specific week. Entries for each weekly competition will close 24 hours after the competition post.
Luku Sweet Puffs reserves the right to pause, amend or end the Luku Mondays competition at any time.

To qualify, participants must:

One (1) winner will be selected each week from the valid entries received on that week's official Luku Mondays competition post.
Each winner will receive one (1) R50 Luku Sweet Puffs digital voucher.
The voucher is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be redeemed at participating Luku Sweet Puffs stores (Excl. Innovation Station). Any additional costs incurred when redeeming the voucher will be borne by the winner.
Voucher Delivery: Winners will receive a virtual voucher via social media.
Store Allocation: The voucher will indicate the specific store where it can be redeemed.
Usage Limit: Each voucher can only be redeemed once.

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received on the relevant weekly competition post.
Winners will be announced on the official Luku Sweet Puffs social media page and/or contacted via direct message.
Luku Sweet Puffs reserves the right to verify that the winner has complied with all competition requirements before awarding the prize.
If a selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted, or cannot be verified, Luku Sweet Puffs reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

This competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees, directors, agents, suppliers, franchisees and representatives of Luku Sweet Puffs, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

Only valid entries received during the relevant weekly competition period will be considered.
Incomplete, fraudulent or suspicious entries may be disqualified.
Participants with private profiles may be asked to provide proof of entry where necessary.
By entering, participants agree that Luku Sweet Puffs may use their name, social media handle, comment and/or submitted content for reasonable promotional purposes related to this competition, without further compensation.
By entering, participants consent to Luku Sweet Puffs processing their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, selecting and contacting winners, verifying eligibility and awarding prizes.
Luku Sweet Puffs will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical errors, network issues, platform restrictions or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.
Luku Sweet Puffs reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social media platform. Participants release these platforms from any liability related to the competition.
